Guys FYI, a report had been made to MACC due to request for undertable money. Pls be reminded the guilty is both party the one who take as well as who give.

This is what i heard lah. Dont know true or not. I tried book today and the agent also said his manager wallop 100+ units for his own 'investor'. So i dont know whether there is any 'undertable' involve. Better don't buy if have to give those dirty money else end up like TBH in MACC office.

Agent haven't told me yet. See what he tell by coming week. I saw once before my friend one shot book 5 units, and ending up earn 25K which those keen buyer pay 5K more to get the unit. Know what, the cheque he give also a PD check. No document signed and earn the money like that. Think this is bad business ethic for the developer to do that. I fully support if really there is report to MACC. If the agent tell me to buy from those 'investor' this i am going to record the conversation and report to MACC also.

I see. Good then. Think the agent also try to convince me to buy KR2. Still some unsold units. There is 30% bumi units for the KR2 which they try to convert now. Hopefully there will lesser speculator nowadays. All this so call 'investor', after buying the house they dont pay a single cent for maintenance till the day they selling. Management screwed big time during this period.

Wrote an email to Knox about the internal misconduct of 'cable' purchase. Till today they still not replying my email. Think if this is the attitude of the developer really have to rethink if whether to buy even they have units available.

Yes, i think sure not for own stay. If you 'really' like it, then you may try to 'cable' in to the 'investor' maybe with some undertable. I heard from the agent actually there is no cheque issued yet from them. All are only verbal booking due to the connection inside. But bear in mind if there is a real MACC investigation, you have to prepared. My opinion is dont buy if there is such practice. Good property is always there for everyone. Take your time and see, think the current market price at least will hold for another one year with all the Greece turmoil. Likely will take turn from greece, Italy, Spain and very possible of slow down from China as well.

I would foresee that the market will stagnant for another 2-3 yrs before it gradually uptrend to rm 1000 psf and follow by bubble. Malaysian mostly comprise of middle income group. Initially i also keen to buy rr, but with this type of ethic i would put my money somewhere.

Its greed. Most of the ppl have more than they need. Most of ppl in forum have more than 1 property i guess? So, conclusion is greed or maybe kiasu that cause themselves unhappy and frustrated.
