hi guys, curious.. basically for 1.6HS is 96,888 with FULL INSURANCE right?

So does that mean after I submit my insurance policy with 55% NCD/NCB to my SA, it will be slightly cheaper?

He said make it easier for me, no need so troublesome to wait for NCB refund woh.
