hahaha cuz I berlagak pandai ma  sweat.gif
last time when I'm still with streamyx, the TM staff ask me to call contractor to fix, so I thought it'll be the same this time  sweat.gif
not to mention TM staff kinda inefficient Orz

I only need them come for one time laugh.gif and that's like almost one year back. He came just to unplug the lan cable and plug it back in shocking.gif shocking.gif yes, seriously... the installer plug the lan cable into the wrong port and I don't know about that at the time sweat.gif Oh... He came on public holiday/weekend (can't remember clearly, I just know it's a no school day, either is public holiday or sunday) Quite efficient for me in my "only" experience

So you still got your old router/wireless modem? If yes, just go into the router page (normal 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.0), search for the default password online (assuming that you never touch it before, if you know how to deal with the router, then just skip this), get into the DHCP page, disable it. Now, take a LAN cable and connect LAN port on  your OLD router/modem to the one of the empty port on your NEW ROUTER (either the black one or the d-link dir-615 orange one), just plug them into any of the YELLOW PORT labelled as LANX (LAN1,2,3,...). Now you should get your wifi signal back  thumbup.gif

i will try this. instead the "old" modem is the new one which is the 1043. so can i connect the LAN cable from the 615 to 1043 to get a more powerful signal given by 1043?

you mean get to DHCP server settings on untick enable DHCP server?

For troubleshooting purpose I think you should reset the router (by pressing the reset button) and reconfigure everything again and see if it solves the problem.
If same case, time to do your 1 to 1 exchange with TPLINK. thumbup.gif

yes, already done with hard reset, reconfiguring everything but the result still the same. Devices (laptop and ipad) detecting wireless in full bar, when entering browser the connection damn slow. hmm...i will exchange 1 to 1 when there no solution from here, maybe there are solution that are still not recover.. sweat.gif
