I thought RM100 unlimited use and pay RM100 a month

Ended up paying RM250
Register RM100 + RM250 (overused quota).

My unifi package the best one used to be 20mbps download and 20 mbps upload

But now dont know why become 19mbps DL / 14 mbps upload

The upload speed is seriously go way down and very slow

Please fix it

How come mine VIP 10, 9.9 DL, 19.44 UP.. lol.. seriously..

Now at hometown, streamyx 1M, used to be very smooth... Last time stream 480p silky smooth now 360p also struggling...

I am trying to setup the ASUS modem to replace the TM Dlink modem, problem is i forgot the service password or the PPPOE password that lets me connect to UNIFI. Is there a way to retrieve this password without calling TM? Hopefully someone can provide some guidance on this. Thanks!

hey fren, i see ur speedtet ping is very fast only 9ms.Mine take 30-35ms.How u do it?

Mine is VDSL2, maybe is new system, Less than 2 years old. Maybe that matters? As copper line do degrade over time (nowadays copper wire all low quality ).
The speedtest on the left is tested with chrome. It tends to add a lot of ping to the speedtest while on the right is tested with IE. Few months apart from each test.

Landed property through FTTH should get even better ping. 1ms perhaps

FTTH's ping between 3ms to 7ms.. Well, at least thats my range..

my unifi20 seem cacat since friday midnite, playing diablo3... always green but sumhow drop to red...later when i change ip, it can get oren or green...but keep dcing for time 2 time...

Called them already. There is no warranty. The price is RM 25.00 at TM Point. Anyone else having the same problem? Is other brand better or shall I stick to TM HyypTV one? Thanks.

Speedtest.net is not scam but it test only freeload bandwith throttle ( with no data/or load ). Sama mcm motorbike, when it's stationed, u ram the throttle sure got RPM till 12rpm but when on the road and moving, u'll never get to 12000 rpm maa.. Kalau kasi bikin baru boleh
