i checked it from unifi website but apparently all the houses near this jalan has unifi but my address is not written there.

Crude way to check, look for TM Greyish box at the back of your house, on a telephone line pole. If there is one, your area should be available for UNIFI.. Well, thats what I noticed when they were installing my UNIFI. They pulled fiber line from there.

Yes it's a internet base phone aka VoiP . Dont turn the whole thing off if wanna use phone 24 hrs
