You should try fabrication companies like MMHE, Kencana, as they are the main contractors in the O&G industry.
Also will be good for your resume and experience.
And easier to apply to become a professional engineer later, as site experience is necessary.
But if you want to join consultants like Aker, WorleyParsons, Technip, can also try.
Just contact their HR and submit your resume.
Alternatively, join Petronas.
They have just put an ad in the Star yesterday.
But if you joined an operating company, you will most likely be managing a project (as a client).
Not much technical involvement.
