Yeah all Qs asked were the same as what you've found. Just prepare some answers for these Qs and you're good to go. It was also my first time experience in phone interview. She said that I can expect result within 2-3 weeks time. No harm for me since I am now waiting for my final exam and expected to finish by end of this July (hopefully)

IINM there should be face to face interview and BH 2 days assessment. Btw, how was your interview?

BH 3 stages

Phone interview
English test
BH Experience (2 days assessment centre)

If you pass interview and english test you will be on standby for 1 year unless they send an email confirming you're not considered for the role.

Did you ask if you pass the interview?

At least level 5. Congrats you pass.
Now you have to wait if you managed to get to the final round.

Standby for a year unless you received a rejection letter by then, yes it is a long time waiting, but this is almost how the service companies do their recruitment.
