Don't waste your time trying to top up. lot of people are doing the same thing. Even anyone sell the unit, within seconds someone already take the unit just like that. One more thing, if non-bumi sells the unit the agent cannot see the available unit, if bumi sells the unit agent can see the available unit (told by maybank staff). I don't know about the asnb office if you could see the available units.

Just buy silver. Quite good returns. Maybank price already up 21% since launch 6 weeks ago. biggrin.gif

for those who wanted to top up but cant because the quota already finished, can always consider third party (non gov) funds. there are a lot out there which can give better return minus the risks smile.gif

as the government are having political issues is it stil safe to invest in asnb?
*
As far as I understand PNB is supposed to help or train the rakyat to invest in the country and thus enrich the rakyat. If the scheme is good for the development of our country then no sane Government would want to get rid of it. The way it is administered may be scrutinised to ensure that the scheme achieves its proper objectives which is to help develop the country and rakyat - not to stuff the pockets of a privileged few!
