aiya, dont be frustrated la. having loan or not, is not the main point. Availability of units, is more important.

getting loan for something, still have to pay.
somemore, its tied down. when suddenly, not enough money, then what??
terminate account?

That's why, who wants to ikat tangan and kaki just to get a loan to buy some 5 or 6 digits in an investment savings book.
Cannot see also, unlike a property.

Most likely on the 30th August. Hopefully this year's dividend matches or more than ASM's distribution nod.gif

Anywhere, the dividend declaration for AS1M and ASW2020, i believe will be the same..

So i am looking forward to the announcement for ASW2020 as a benchmark for my projection of dividend for AS1M...

Your wish comes true. It is 0.1% more.

My wish is that AS1M dividend will exceed this.

Don't think as1m dividend will exceed asw2020 dividend. if you look closely, the benchmark for asw, as1m & asm is asd. if asd 6.6 then asw & as1m also 6.6. asm will follow the next year. this trend have been since 2009.

I reckon that if you sing out loud SNSD's Tell Me Your Wish (Genie) song everyday, your wish might be granted end of next month laugh.gif

Bcos the issue of ASM is so limited and PNB line always overload. Want to buy or upgrade also got problem. They havent issue a single shares since 2009,i think.
