For MBB 2 Card, you need to go to the branch and ask for the pin number la.

some bank doesnt provide the pin unless you request it...

I know the amex charge card, but the offer is valid for platinum amex credit card as well.

The trojan head one is also controlled by MBB for malaysian applied cards.

Maybe you'd be clearer if you specify charge vs credit card.

hey guys. i applied the maybank 2 cc at mont kiara branch but 1 week gone and i still havent received the call from maybank customer service officer to confirm the details....may i know how long u guys took from the day u apply the card until the card mail to ur house? take how many weeks?

They SMS instead of call actually.
If you apply at branch, probably need to go branch to pick it up.

i rmb there are a slot in the application form which allow the bank to mail my card if i tick it

received an sms saying if i sign up for astro auto-debit, rm5 will b deducted monthly. not sure it's from mbb2 cards or any cc is possible.

there is a card upgrade form. Complete it, and send by fax/email to maybank with income documents.

I got the same RM5 discount if autodebit.
But having had bad experience with astro autodebit, no thanks.
