1) Always submit direct, either to:
(i) fax to credit card processing
(ii) goto bigger branch/HQ which has dedicated CC counters, not those multi-tasking ones. e.g. HQ menara MBB, KLCC, 1Utama CC Centre.
2) Your option is to call up and ask. Most likely they'll ask you resubmit / fax to the ones above.
It's quite hard. I tried transfer online and at ATM from my savings account in CC, both reject my transaction due to "over payment". Some say can do it over the counter, I did not try this.
What I did was, split payment over several days, of course I have to trust the seller.
1st swipe, wait few days to reflect in MBB, make payment.
2nd swipe, wait few days, ... repeat.
Final only collect the stuff.
Of course, it also depends on the shop if they can do that, as they may need to do closing every night and the numbers must tally with sales.
