What i mean when it complete. Because normally when buy during launching and after completed at least will raise about 30% min. Some more the location is also not bad. Can easy rent it out according to SA.

RM400k for studio? tat is abit silly.. slowly wait first... maybe another 5 yrs and above.. next year property price could hv dropped in market!!! An indication is coming... lets see guys~~

I think to be able to sell at RM400K u were hv to rented out at rm1800 or rm2000. How many condos or service apartments completed in another 2 or 3 yrs and how is the condos doing by the time? my guess is those walking distance to MRT\LRT\monorali will be doing well or occupied.

Is C180 located in belakong doing good and how best can Zeva doing if MEX is open?

This area will be flooded with studios in the future.
Zeva, 3 Elements, Galleria etc...

In my honest opinion, 2 or 3 room units should do better.
