They have demolished the sales gallery at the site and moved back to Trinity office at Bandar Kinrara along Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil .

I compared last month's housing loan with this month's .(ambank)

How come the amount increasing if DIBS and paid the interest by developer? If like this every month increase rm100 what the DIBS for sad.gif

actually i have similar doubt also..
but i didn't really compare the exact amount..

what i notice is, the developer pay the interest after 10th of every mth..
then the amount due date is shown on 1st of every mth..
so frm 1st up to the date developer pay, is there any charge of interest??
if so i'm afraid that would be more interest charged than non-DIBS.. @@
