This project consider high density? So far Z-Residence has been labeled as high density and The Zest is medium-high density in propwall. They have some similarity like units per floor and lifts per block.

I got verbal approval from HLBB too
Seems like I will be meeting many low yatians there

BLR -2.4% 30years loan

And pay the remaining 5%-5000 and about 6-7k for the legal fees

Is there anything else I need to do??

I signed the LO, S&P and paid the balance last night. I think you should make appointment first, and can always arrange with the clerk, not necessarily the lawyer.

Yes, built sky bars to every block and all these sky bars are linked with sky bridge where it itself is a restaurant. How nice and romantic.
