Anyone from Block A got any offer from bank? I got the news from banker that ocbc is still enpanelment for block A.....so need to wait longer...

yes, am from block A got offer from UOB, but offer suxk....
loan 80% and MRTA compulsory, DIBS and loan lawyer fee have to check with developer....

One who push ppl considered as personal attack. First of this, this is wrong in the view of legal.Could get suing , some more worse for professional ppl. Scary. Last time also got lawyer killed the rich Malay woman in Banting, what's her name, forgotten? Scary

Agreed, there is. Always a time frame for the party to sign and always the client must sign for the acknowledged receiving the document not signing the document itself. The lawyer should prepare a cover letter stating the acknowledge receipt of the documents.

Before this i did apply Ambank.. worse, as the banker say i need find 1 more guarantor.. doh.gif hence no consider on that..

Yup. The told me samething.
The 10 percent is the first 10 percent.
So, you got to pay the interest for the 10 percent first until you get the key

So far i know only OCBC and HLBB offering 90% loan wif DIBS

How long is the tenure year? mine is 30 years.. currently the banker fighting BLR-2.4% for me.
