i only have 2, i am planning to get more smile.gif

honestly, i don't use so many credit cards last time, i tot it's bad to use credit card, but now the rewards points really nice smile.gif and it's not safe to bring so much cash lo smile.gif

can i ask another question?

say i have 5 credit cards (assume i have) and all limits are rm20,000. If i swipe and use all of them each monthly with full capacity (assume i am big spender), but pay within the due date, every month like that ... will that become an issue? or it is good to spend more if i can pay back on time? will banks increase my credit limit or improve my credit worthiness?

edit: i am giving an example, and i believe many people do spend a lot on cc and pay back right? i don't have so much capacity to do above, but i always wonder will that be an issue? coz for me i do travel overseas, and no choice i may have to use my cc and claim back from company.

any help again? thanks smile.gif

Cash Back Credit back to your credit card account... brows.gif
btw, you request about credit limit of maybank card...
Usually the bank will revised Customer's CL every 2 years but different bank different (style) procedue lah...
Unless, you got Big Increasement Salary (about $200-$500 per month)... then u can ask the bank increase your credit card CL with submit your latest Income Document to bank wink.gif

Good repayment record in ccris is not the only criteria for granting of credit.

In my opinion, if you have maxed out all your available credits, that may affect your ability to get approval.

Another possible reason is that you may have applied for new credit, too many times, recently.

My CIMB Islamic Petronas CC was on a 3K credit limit since 2010 because I was in no hurry to increase it due to I will only used it for emergencies. Now I am about to travel overseas and already earn more than my previous pay application during 2010, the question is what how long does it take to get my application done & necessary documents?
