Whoa! 18-19 cents/km!
Thats impossible! something went wrong!
Even me, if i drive madly and speed crazily plus drag my rpm till 6k every here and there for the entire week(mon~fri only) thats the time only my petrol usage will go somewhere around that price.
that car isit everything stock? or did modify something?
my one also facelift model and 42k+ km but not that fuel drinking if drive normally that dont exceed the speed limit ._.ll

could it be possible that ur sis always stuck in a long jam? keep brake? or start the engine n idle there for a long time?
*
don't think so lo, penang traffic so i guess got traffic jam lo. she said always fill in 60 bucks petrol can only manage around 300-320km untill the light blinks. she changed her rims to 15 inch. you normally how much?

Actually, best to calculate ur FC by the standard for FC, either km/l or l/100km... Because the price of petrol is not fixed... So, if km/l, how much...?? Im ussuall getting aroun 14.5km/l for my 1.5 manual... My father's 1.3 1st gen myvi SE manual with 220k kms can easily get around 15km/l mixed driving.. Long distance with constant highway speed can even touch 18km/l

This is the problem especially with white colours where stains are more obvious. Just have to clean away the dirt inside the door handle. Same goes to those other areas like the back door, etc.
If you diligently cleans them, after a few time, no more black stain...

What I do is I have a diluted spray on solution, and a microfiber cloth to wipe the stains once I notice it. Be sure to wipe off the black stains as soon as possible.

No need to dismantle the door handle. Just wash with car shampoo... then wash off with plenty of water using the hose. For the corners, use soft tooth brush biggrin.gif

Basically, address the source....

Then, clean them as soon as it appears as some times will still have still have some that will take time to clean.
Also try to clean them as soon as the dirt appears before the sun make it more difficult

Indeed bro.... nod.gif

For more accurate calculation, fill up the until full tank, drive until fuel level indicator blink and then fill the petrol again until the nozzle click itself to indicate that the tank is full.

I just arrive in Alor Setar from Rawang today. I had pump full tank at RnR Rawang and drive about directly to my destination(three times stop at rnr due to personal reason not filling anymore petrol lol). Upon arrival at Petronas near Alor Setar Utara toll gate, my trip meter had showed 395.6 km @ another two blocks of fuel was still available and I did refuel until full tank and it's cost me RM48.50 of petrol.

Base on calculation it was 15.5 km/liter or 12.25 cent/km for 99% highway journey.

My car : SE 1.5 Auto....

So far my worst FC so far was 12 km/l when the day that I got stucked in heavy jam at Rawang toll area for about one and half hour... rclxub.gif

I use Optimum No Rinse, which is actually a car wash solution but I store some into a bottle to spray on the stain and wipe off.

For me, just apply some wax on the stain stripes. Wipe it with clean cloth. Its work just fine. Im using kit wax. Rm 8.++ per bottle.

Erm..Ron95? or Ron97? @@ diff type of petrol different leh~ haha
If lets say is Ron95, RM60 will be like approx. 31.578liters.
when I drive with the hardcore style for whole week then only I'll be in the same situation as ur sis~300~320km then the last bar blinks
but normal drive with some hardcore and KL jam condition in the morning n sometime in the evening..Its not a problem to get at least 350km only the last bar blinks
I'm using 16" should be more fuel consuming compared to 15" right? blink.gif

Or maybe try this~If ur sis is not an aggressive driver
Remove the Negative terminal of the car battery and wait for around 5min then connect it back.
this will reset the car ECU and then everything like radio, time n so on nid to set back.
As the ECU reset, it will recalculate again the air fuel ratio and so on based on the driving attitude.
so with a full tank, ur sis could/might travel a further distance compared to now.

=)
