what i am worried about is, im gonna drive it from terengganu to Johor bahru once i have it..

*

if you read the manual book. it should mention not more than 90km/h before 1st service.

I think most of the car manufacturer got this NOTE.

then .. how many of us will follow ? laugh.gif

for me, i'll recommend you not more than 100km/h, once in while over taking ok lah..
*
very subjective this 1, the 2nd day i got my car i already rev it till 6k rpm nearing red line. after 1k service my car felt nicer compare to my friend who follow the guide book. there are 2 method of break in =D i did the hard way

and i need to  drive it now
huhuhu

so i guess i need to take chance drive from terengganu to jb lahh smile.gif
*
dont worry, a long drive for a new car is actually good. because the ECU will start to record your driving style. as for long distant drive it is fuel saving =D

So... I complained about the vibrating sound at the front left side of passenger door and I'm sending the car to the service centre tomorrow for inspection. But... the car is acting fine (more like trolling). Should I go ahead with my plan? sweat.gif
*
this issue many of us here DIY fix only. open up the door panel to check, 1st thing is the window. There is a rubber holding the window if it is loosen then your window will vibrating. 2nd is if your are LB owner your door panel top part could have loosen due to tinting process.

went for the test drive today. im getting myvi se but test drived extreme version. the rest were amazing except the steering which i felt not that align with center. is it normal for test drive unit or it is normal in car as well? never drive myvi before so i dont know.
*
this new myvi is using EPS that why u felt the steering is not that align because it is lighter at lower speed but become heavy at higher speed

I could be the window. Now, the sound appears when I do a right turning and on uneven road.

The reason why I want to send to the service centre is because the QA guy will there till this Friday. Else, it's back to the small ol' guys who are handling my chase. Besides, I'm not so confident in DIY especially this.  sweat.gif
*
then u can go back to SC no problem too =D

no no. what i meant is the steering alignment is not center. i know this can easily fix with the alignment done at SC. just wanna know whether it is normal in car or just in test drive unit ( test unit usually a lot of people drive drive until all component teared out ).
*
dont worry new car wont be like that 1 cheers rclxm9.gif

The difficult part right now is that the noise is not as obvious as I experienced two days back. That time, the noise appeared even when I'm driving on a straight even road. Now, the noise will appear when I drive through a rough patch or turning right. So, I'm not sure whether it is sufficient for the service guys to diagnose the problem or not  hmm.gif
*
then u self diagnose 1st and let the SC ppl know. let them know where the noise come from how the noise happen

I've yet to fix mine though. How did you do yours? And is this window vibrating problem for the LB, because whenever I close my doors my window panes shake.
*
mine is previous gen, if yours close door window panel shake then probably the rubber loosen

i use masking tape to tape all the clips and doubleside tape to stick the cover, but sound is still there.

later i will take out the speaker and see what causing it, hopefully i can find it.  sweat.gif
====any idea how can i remove the door plastic panel, i wan DIY the rattling sound from there oso hehehehehe
*
remove the screw in the hole / handle where you used to pull your door close / put stuff / near to window switch. then pull up that part, then you are ready to remove your panel clip by clip. simple as that
