CALL is wasting time/money. You can get the contractor number and negotiate with him for the new cabling cost.

His SNR isn't high but to me it is enough though. My SNR would normally be around 14-15.

WOW your Attenuation @ 57.. mine is at 54 and been a year now TMNUT didnt do anything except hoping ports around for me. Called the technician here and he said my modem placement no good.

to chk whether is it ur line problem..chk on ur line attenuation...lowest is better...i think at the 1st page got guide on which value is better..

Disconnections on the internet connection is a problem on the line. If disconnections on your LAN connection then only it is a problem with your router.

sometimew not becoz your line sucks..
but your modem /router get hangs and cannot handle transfer a lot of data packet

Frequent DC.. i already make a phone call to streamyx hotline, the operator said my telephone line got noise and can give a problem to streamyx and must call 100 TM custcare to check the line.. but my phone line is ok.. no noise or watever..

is it my tel. line problem? or Streamyx DSLAM problem?

Never face any disconnection? Your telephone cable maybe faulty. Too high of attenuation.

Your DS and US margin says it all, your US margin can be said just above what is needed to maintain the connection but your DS margin is really below par. I think your copper line is in bad shape.
