There's a petition from our neighbourhood JMB trying to get unifi in. Let's get more from other taman to chip in also that there would be more than 1 provider(Freshtel)

For owners who buy avens, did u change ur 1st floor laminated flooring to tiles?

If remain the laminated floor, will it attract termites in the area?

Unifi backbone? Do you mean fibre?? Sierra 3 and 6 is newer pahse right? If don't have, then can only use broadband??

I thought ppl like to change tiles to timber flooring, such that more comfy to the foot when walking, but urs are opposite of it... But agreed, maintenance might be a hassle

Yeah fibre backbone not avail ... my fren using freshtel..i suppose unifi lite (streamyx) is also available

After staying for few years...i strongly oppose the idea of timber...unless u ReDO by yourself using HIGH quality and GOOD workmanship contractor ...else it will give u hell once the filler gaps start chipping off and leave huge gaps that cuts, moisture destroying/warp the timber, nails that protrude from the timber, silverfish that hides beneath ...and if u r unlikely termites issue ....

Idea of it is really nice...classy ...but the potential headaches outweight it ...
