1. Bought Avens. Loan release 70% since last year and drag till now. Paying unwanted loan interest for 6 months (still ongoing)..
2. IOI Eat TNB money and delay the payment to TNB. TNB called me and chase for payment. Remind them 2 months ago, but they havent release the deposit.
To conclude - Regret to purchase AVENS

Phase 2 Avens IOI not yet ready and already delayed for more than 6 months. Besides, TNB payment not ready by giving EMCO as a reason (actually IOI team drag till EMCO).

Anyone stay in Avens Sierra 3? Who (Cheap Jing) likes to simply throw their renovation rubbish to my place? My Big Dustbin is for my own use.
