hahaha, actually I am agent lah, just that till now not really seen developer said opening the phase 2, and in system got saw a very rare 2 units of Avens 2 but the price seems higher...

just wonder, so did they communicate when you can VP, 90 days from signing or progressive interest till they announce completion of phase 2?

Expected CCC by next March, so now can choose between phase 1 or phase 2.

Price wise not much changes lah.

it's TM tower, should be no much problem gua, my current house behind also got one big TM tower and water tangki some more.

Sierra 6 3-storey after rebate from developer is around 1.38m, tempted to buy for own stay. What are the options available within this price range?

Hillcrest precinct 9? Freehold and it is ongoing construction.
Puchong Lagenda? Not sure freehold or leasehold and it’s ongoing construction
Bromelia Phase 1 Bukit Puchong? Launched not much details
Topaz Taman Putra Prima? Freehold and it is completed project.

Depend what your requirements? Recently did survey around Puchong area
