I am one of the buyers for Ndira.
Well, Sierra 16 is a quiet suburb but with great potential. Looking at the MRT2, township planning and close proximity to Cyberjaya, there are lot of room to growth for your property value. For own stay is also ideal, with international school within walking distance. Equine park and IoI mall not far away.

The downside is that there are still plenty of lands within Sierra 16 and when MRT2 comes in, there will be lot of construction going on. Also, it will be a nightmare if you work at KL or PJ where you will need to use MEX highway or LDP. Even with the new MEX interchange at Seri Kembangan, doubt it will smoothen the traffic at the area.

The Central Park is lousy because the developer block most of the parking access And there is no wide jogging track. Still very chinaman Central Park. Hopefully the small park attached to each of the housing area is better. Just my two cents.

Notice there is a construction going on next to Zentro Sierra 10? On a very small piece of land. Not Dumalis, it is between Dumalis and Zentro. Is that a condo by IOI?

That would be good if Sierra can rezone into Cyberjaya

The current commercial area is like ghost town. After 6pm, it’s literally dead.
IOI better plan better to avoid another failure commercial

I hope the new CEO of IOI prop can bring in some eco world or SP setia senses to IOI.
At least spend some money upgrade the sierra park, have more parking and be generous on jogging route in this sierra 16.
And perhaps build the commercial near the park la…

Yes good place to stay, but i just wish govt fix the junction going into equine direction. It has been a nightmare in pre covod time.
Also, hopefully with the upcoming MRT can resolve some of the connectivity issues.
