QUOTE(Kennay @ Jun 25 2015, 09:16 PM) Bro, which SA you spoke to? We went to the sales gallery but we were not impressed with the attitudes of the agents. They were sitting in front of their computers and didn't even bother to talk to us until the mortgage consultant reminded them to come and serve us and at last we were attended by a middle age man (judging by look). He doesn't even seem to bother to introduce the townhouse and was like "yea, yea, no, yea please go speak to our mortgage consultant". I was served by an early 30s young guy. Were you served by a lady? PM me if you want his contact. |

QUOTE(fumiseki @ Jan 21 2016, 11:58 PM) Hi , this thread seem very quite . im planning to get a next phase landed unit in 16 sierra , think its sierra 3 , so anyone staying in 16 sierra can give any comment about the area ? is that ideal for own stay ? relating neighbour hood , traffic , maintenance , landscaping ? thank you for any advice . Hi there,I am one of the buyers for Ndira. Well, Sierra 16 is a quiet suburb but with great potential. Looking at the MRT2, township planning and close proximity to Cyberjaya, there are lot of room to growth for your property value. For own stay is also ideal, with international school within walking distance. Equine park and IoI mall not far away. The downside is that there are still plenty of lands within Sierra 16 and when MRT2 comes in, there will be lot of construction going on. Also, it will be a nightmare if you work at KL or PJ where you will need to use MEX highway or LDP. Even with the new MEX interchange at Seri Kembangan, doubt it will smoothen the traffic at the area. The Central Park is lousy because the developer block most of the parking access And there is no wide jogging track. Still very chinaman Central Park. Hopefully the small park attached to each of the housing area is better. Just my two cents. |

Notice there is a construction going on next to Zentro Sierra 10? On a very small piece of land. Not Dumalis, it is between Dumalis and Zentro. Is that a condo by IOI?

QUOTE(MO1 @ Jun 26 2016, 01:59 AM) DID YOU KNOW? That would be good if Sierra can rezone into Cyberjaya As per the MSC masterplan, CYBERJAYA comprises of 2 main zones: 1) FLAGSHIP ZONE 2) SATELLITE ZONE ![]() The SATELLITE ZONE comprises of: 1) Selangor Cyber Valley, 2) Bandar Nusaputra, 3) Pulau Meranti/Sierra, 4) Putra Perdana/Amanputra, and 5) North Dengkil. And reckon it is a matter of timing before the municipality (MPSp) reclassifies the satellite zone as Cyberjaya. |

QUOTE(StupidGuyPlayComp @ Sep 18 2021, 12:24 AM) With the existence of supermarket, may solve this issue I hope the new CEO of IOI prop can bring in some eco world or SP setia senses to IOI. IOI this kind of giant developer sometime is nonsense. At least spend some money upgrade the sierra park, have more parking and be generous on jogging route in this sierra 16. And perhaps build the commercial near the park la… |
