Say, 1k per year, then become 30k if renew for 30 years? also, this is strata title project right? so one cant just renew for his /her own unit alone, but to renew for entire project including for those common area together, and how much will that be?.

is this 1k guaranteed or subject to increase?

1k is for unlimited year. but this 1k renewal has limitation.

IOI staff told me is also Sierra 5.

The terrace is individual title right?
Townhouse is strata right? I guess sierra 5 will be split to two compound with different guardhouse

The tentative price for townhouse is 900k onward, while the terrance house will be 1.27m onward

Can anyone share their view or experience on how about the plane noise in Elmina Gardens, does it affect your sleep at night, I will go and have a look during night when I have time

Subang Airport will upgrade its terminals and routes to allow for four-hour single-aisle planes in few years later
