wow, the double storey is selling fast but townhouse not...
wonder why IOI strategy so bad launch both together. Should release slowly like Irama or Legasi.

If you have the same amount money, which would you buy ?

Doesn't matter new launch or subsale.

There's a international school, maybe you should go there take a look.

Staying, in my opinion is good.
Very residential, nice park, got international school, got MRT, but still lacking good food..

Once the road to pulau meranti is open, then access to Bukit Puchong will be better.

i dont see any benefits to 16 for this road opening.

16 will be the 'middle man' for bukit puchong, equine to skip ldp toll. 😶

I think its too troublesome to skip toll using that road.
The jam in Pulau Meranti and Bukit Puchong to exit to LDP, i will pay the RM2.10 any time..

do not underestimate the people determination to skip a tol. 😅

with this road opening, it has shorten the skip tol travel distance by cut through 16 instead of a big circle around skve.

By paying through Tol does not gurantee that there are no jams ...

By going through some kampung roads , sometimes refresh us of our old good memories ..things we could have missed nowaday.

A more laid back lifestyle seemed good to some , though not to everybody.
