Heard that IOI going to develop Sierra 10's Commercial Hub (opposite La thea) soon.

incude supermarket and shoplot

name as "Sierra Fresco"

strata title unable renovate exterior, so cost lesser

cant compare the price for new and subsale house for nowday.
Subsale's entry price too high, less favor by most of the buyers.
A 850k subsale's entry price will much higher than a 1m new house
