Hi, we are a KIA dealer and we are a 3S (Sales, Service and Spare-parts) set up, all under one roof. You are right that not many dealers have their own service center. We are certainly an exception to that.

Have you bought your Forte yet? If not, do send me a PM and check out our BEST deal!

We have built our reputation as one of the best in terms of both sales and after-sales service, in the KLang Valley. Lots of our customers have testified to that respect. In addition, this dealership is run first hand by the owners of the company themselves, so you need not worry about getting empty promises from the deal.

Cheers!

Rgds,
KS Loh

I went it to NZ Galaxy (Naza Auto Solutions) at 12pm in Jalan 222 PJ on last Saturday. Everything is fixed in 1/2 hour. Radio reception is good now. They updated the software and told me to turn OFF all the 3 function (AF and etc.). Select EUROPE.
You may call them at 03-79600400. Operating hour is 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat). They are very friendly.

Don't think the cost table for Vios 1.5 is accurate bro, likewise for my City. My wife's Vios surely cost more than that during the major servicing.

Maybe I should compile all the receipts from the vehicle to give a more real-world scenario instead of the low estimates by the various automakers.

One thing they don't consider is the lack of attention paid during assembly of which we customers have to spend our most precious commodity - our time, to go to the SC to have it fixed.

If we can charge the automakers for these kinds of inattention, I think then we can strike a fair comparison on which automaker does make good and reliable cars.
