USJ 20.

Anyway, You have to understand that I am the victim, for being banned from buying anymore items from them due to their own mishandling, it has nothing to do with the translation from google or suspicious of name calling.
*
I understand... I just explain that this might be what they thought of you... So maybe you want to clear the misunderstand up with them? But still base on their attitude toward customers, I think not just you as the victim... Even my friend also can't stand their attitude and stop dealing with them. So I guess you might want to find other sources to get your nendoroid supply then...

I did tried to be nice and tell them my situation aka trying to clear misunderstanding and let them know it's their fault and I just want to claim what I should be getting fairly, but the thread was closed. There's nothing I can do if they decided to "mute" me.

Oh yea, some update here.

After my previous case with Mandarake that my paypal account has been banned by them due to dispute with missing items, now comes amiami.

One of my Registered SAL parcel went missing the first time with AmiAmi so I contacted them and filed a dispute with Paypal, after awhile I got my money back.

So recently one of the nendoroid BR STRG that I ordered with them got canceled without notice, I am suspecting AmiAmi black-listed my account...upset like shit atm

No PM from them? Usually after they cancel an order, either they will PM you the reason or you have to PM them to ask. So far I have no problem with AmiAmi with EMS service. SAL I never even dare to try... tongue.gif

You are paying taxes for importing goods, not service (courier oversea).
Those working in kastam shouldn't treat everything cincai and consumers that don't know anything about it and just blindly listen and paid for it should go check the FAQ.

Even if courier service is taxable kay, the one that's taxing it it's the courier's own country, not our Malaysia's kastam. And srsly, deliery fee/courier isn't taxable under importing goods.

You are paying "IMPORT DUTY" for your goods, come on man, not "COURIER DUTY"

And srsly, for toys you can just declare w/e amount you want with the seller, customs has to deal with duno how many amounts of imported goods everyday, they don;t have time to bother with your measly mere below 1k toy...and most kastam cant even tell the value of plastic toy (authentic/bootleg/pasar malam toy etc) it's about "luck" here, you know what I mean..

Akisusu, where to check the FAQ you mention?

^Unfortunately CIF value... where the F means freight=air mail/courier/shipping cost is taken in to account...
Tax is on CIF. Not just Cost of goods.

However there are certain parcels where the shipping cost is not stated, that's where you may escape the freight charges.

Dealing with custom department for 5 years.

HLJ really useless. Preorders also can tell me no stock. The whole idea of a preorder is the guaranteed stock when item is released. Last time I'm buying stuff from them

Yup tax is on CIF (cost, insurance, freight) not just the barang
What I like to know is do Kastam follow their own exchange rate chart or do they follow the banks current rate?

They follow a weekly rate as published on the kastam site... renew on every Monday, I believe

You still have to consider the availability of the stock... If the stock are limited, they also have no choice... But yet, I understand you situation as HLJ cancel quite a lot of my preorders too... Maybe used to it d... unsure.gif

HLJ's shipping/inventory system is totally whack!
For example I ordered 10 of the same thing. If only 9 are available, their system cannot pick me up and just send 9. Instead their system decides it doesn't have 10 to fulfil the order so it doesn't do anything at all.

I wrote to them and said ok I can understand your system is screwed up but now that I have written to you to highlight my order, surely a live human can do it manually and send me those 9 left. They asked me to go to my control panel and reduce the amount myself. KNN.... mad.gif

Oh and on top of this, earlier I had requested them to split my order into two of Qty 5 each but they refused!

The only good thing about HLJ is they speak English and their prices are lower than others but their methods and system really spoil the whole buying process. Their system can't even calculate the amount of postage needed until they actually packed and weigh your stuff. How stupid can they get? But bottom line is still about customer service. If their system can't do certain things then at least have some customer service given by a human.

For example I ordered some toys from Neon Monster in San Francisco. Their shipping method is a flat rate box. Meaning I pay flat rate no matter how many or weight the toys are. I asked them how many can I fit this and that toy in that box. They actually took all the barang I gave them and arrange to see if it will fit that box and got back to me on the same day! Now this is service!

Yea..I've ordered some stuff before..the day before the release date it was still available for pre-order. Then the next day its just out of stock zzzz

You can't split your orders, if you realized, their shipment preparation time is the longest coz they want to wait for a few days in case you order more items so that it can be shipped out together to save you shipping cost. (I read it somewhere in HLJ FAQ before)
