Really sharp?

I heard it has poor corner sharpness when wide open compared to the counterpart Sigma 30mm at wide open.

Hmm pro n cons la.. E mount lens can't really ask for too much compare to Slr lens.. Overally I'm satisfied with it, at least the object I focus is quite details.. For the corner sharpness, I can't explain much.. Some of my photos do hv this issue but some don't hv..

I bought this adapter to use with my Nikon G lens. Most adapter found on the market can only use the old generation Nikon D lens.

Ok, let me make it clearer.. A Sony made e mount lens.. For me, the corner blur issue is random, which I can't explained when will sharp n when will blur..

between this place where should I get my nex5nd since I need to get it at 36 month for 0% installment.

Senq (36 month available)
Sony center (only 18 month i think)
Harvey Norman (you guy have any ideas on tenure)

Or do you have suggestion for other shop that could give 0% installment for 36 month. I know other shop got extra charge 3-5% on installment.

tq

anyone using Sigma 30mm f/2.8 (SIG-30F28-SOE-SSK) mind to share your experience?
thinking of getting this one for general purpose photography including portrait. (this is is cheaper than SEL50F18 of course for portrait SEL50F18 is definitely superior, but I'm not shooting portrait majority of the time)

Very good lens, sharp. Focus fast too. Startup time abit slow, some rattling sound when the camera is turn off, other than that,at the price of RM650+/-, so a good buy

Up to personal taste, SEL50mm is too tele for me... good for portrait...

For me, I prefer 30mm, not wide, not tele, just nice for walk around lens...

Was showing off my NEX-F3 to my dad, who's eyeing the F5. So excited to find that there're E-mount adapters for good ol' Minolta lenses!
