NTD 52,950 altogether for the NEX-7 body, 18-55mm lens and 32GB Class 10 SDHC. Tomorrow claiming 5% tax refund out of that total at the airport. Which brings it to NTD 50,302. Which in turn converts to MYR 5,132. 24 months warranty for the lens. 24 + 6 months warranty for body.

Just check the effect wth just +10 macro filter Vs just only +10. Both in abit darker environment wth light maingly from my desktop LCD haha

That's some serious vignetting with +10 and +4 stacked, but the size of coins look the same to me in both pics sweat.gif I assume it should be bigger because you can get closer hmm... No need add UV filter in front of close-up filters, less glass more light better quality.

Other option is Circular Pol filter. Kill 2 birds with one stone. There is one catch though. It can cause vignetting at wide angle.

For sure wth macro filters, I can get closer to the object liao haha

Maybe we can gather a few people and buy in bulk, perhaps can get cheaper biggrin.gif Another viable option would be Tamron 18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 Di III VC (I actually prefer this) which was announced/launched not long ago, it even comes in sexy black drool.gif
http://www.tamron.co.jp/en/lineup/b011/index.html

Local distro for Tamron already has it, price is still high atm but should drop after 3-4 months... Hopefully tongue.gif

Yes yes, can get a quote for bulk purchases??

Tamron B011 at the moment have issues with the sweep panorama feature. Better to hold your purchase until there is an official Fix or some announcement.

This Tamron is ~$60 cheaper than Sony in the States, but since it's still new here I guess prices are usually higher hmm.gif

Can't really find any extra info online with regards to price apart from a shop selling at RM2550.

drool.gif Its smaller too!!! 62mm vs Sony's 67mm. Very very tempted, especially the black one. Will match my 5N perfectly! drool.gif

What kind of issue? Wonder how they gonna fix it other than totally changing the design.

Love that its black in color and size does not add too much bulk. Can totally see myself using this as my general use lens. Can consider selling my kit lens after getting this lens brows.gif

Hopefully the price comes down soon, and the problem mentioned by nlik dissappeared. rclxms.gif
