Civic new design give do Hyundai a big favour....

wat is the New Civic design same with this Elantra...  laugh.gif
*
Maybe some of us say Civic new design is fugly in picture.
But the fact is Civic sales volume still higher in US/ Canada although Elantra won North american COTY award.
Same in most part of the world except in Korea.

In real life, Civic design not that ugly. It just safe design. It still have good quality.

Definately!

SD is really bodoh when is comes to pricing..6 months down the road, they'll give you a 10k discount to move it out of showrooms.

Speaking of SD, i went to the Old Klang Road 3S Center to enquire abt the new Elantra, but none of the salesman are bother layan, all muka action...pohdah vmad.gif

IF I book, I'll book from bro Fluidic... that's a BIG IF, given the pricing now

Yep! I felt the same way too... In my mind, I was thinking, if you need to make others look bad in order to look good, then you aren't any good to begin with.

I would give up if 1.8 is >100K because :
1. The Hyundai Car Quality still no good in consumer perception. Not competitive with Japan car also.
2. Second hand value drop faster than japan car.
3. Service quality still bad perception .
4. Spare part management still like a shit.
If you study Hyundai another local assembly car i10, a lot of customer suffer from the car quality problem. Some spare park need to wait more than 3 month. But if you don't mind then you can go for it.

At RM118k, there is no need to buy Elantra already. I may as well go buy a Mazda 3. Hey, it is Japanese made, good looking 2.0L with paddle shifter and it is reliable too!

I will give them the benefit of the doubt and wait till official announcement before saying anything. smile.gif

This shows their sales peopel is BADLY TRAINED!

I went to the Nissan Infinity showroom in KL.. a bunch of us rush in during a heavy rain.. drippign water all over their floor... summore they were so helpful and professional... some of us sat in their cars with slightly wet shirt also they never bat an eyelid.

These salesman will always be eating dirt. There is no need to be bothered by them. It is nice enough to know that they will never amount to anything worthy.
