im back guise!!! side tracked by job and works commitment has cost me almost two months of workout... and the recent MIA'ing...

btw, Darklight, u still rock the world here, kudos to u brah tongue.gif

hey guys. just want to share my progress. currently following p90x training. i know i'm way far behind than most of you guys here.

yeah, i'm trying to gain more mass, especially on my chest. didnt take any supplement except whey protein for post workout. and i'm trying to keep my diet clean as possible. too bad i'm only eat sufficiently. or maybe i'm undereating. sweat.gif

i really really want to get rid of the belly. manage to get rid of 1cm for 1 and a half month.

will the 1cm of my belly added back if i eat more by clean bulking? i'm afraid to try lol. doh.gif

u've been training for how long? can see some changes on arms, but not on chest. but why waste the whey for p90x? go to the gym bro.

i want some opinions from you guys. do i really need to eat more? i'm not trying to get big. but it seems my chest definition is not significant.

or is it because of my body fat %? currently my bodyfat is 13.79%

i dont really have time to go to the gym as i'm working on shift. so thats why i'm choosing p90x.

Online calculators aren't accurate. If you want proper readings, get a pair of calipers.

Dude, you're not 13% bodyfat. If you are, you should have at least a 4 pack showing.

Forget the calculation, the reflexion on the mirror tell more truth than lies... N no, u still have a very high bodyfat to muscle mass ratio...
