So now, Gum-muda staff are playing such games, by allowing staff or others selling entitlements. I thought new players do that, a laujiao I.e, reputable developer also practice so...

If this is true, shame on Gamuda ...

Ya, 80k dff
*
Not really... I think depends on which type... 80k could b for the large unit...
538sf for eg, it is ard additional 100psf for ff. In general, for low floor, 1100 f/f vs 1000 u/f. So furnishing cost is ard 50-60k, i think it is quite reasonable....

Cybermaster kor gave an example earlier

Type C 527sf Level 12 – RM 599,450 (inclusive complete furnishing package & after 5% discount) – Facing North – RM 1137 psf
Type C 538 sf Level 14 – RM 549,000 (bare unit & after 5% discount) – Facing North – RM1020 psf

Level12 type C view blocked by retail tower and still 599450 after discount. .so it is with some compensation in furniture I think
*
Fully furnished or not is per floor basis, nothing to do with the view. Buyers pay extra 100psf or so for the furnitures, id and fittings, not as "compensation" by developer

Those units blocked by mall, blessing in disguise actually... Shield those units from the noise from jln pudu and most importantly, undesirable hospital view ! In return, low floor facing mall gets "compensated" by soothing landscaping view also....

I hearsay the mall only with 11 floor.

Why the model at showroom look like the mall (block a)height until 16th floors to block b?
*
I believe mall floor to ceiling height is higher... So 10 floor mall may be equals to 15 floor residential ? Just my guess

I think the 13fl units were generally cheaper because of the number. Normal units, the difference between the f/f and bare units about 80-100k.
*
Depends on size... as i mentioned earlier, diff between uf and ff unit is ard 100psf for small unit (538 type for eg)... ie : 50-60k...

Tower 2 sold out but you can call the sales office to check whether there is any dropout. Tower 3 will be launched this year. Most probably in another 2, 3 months.

Bro, what's the reason for them to let go? Loan rejected or other reasons?
*
They changed their mind and invest elsewhere
