Don't know why take so long...

After no more DIBS and next year BLR increase by 0.25% or 0.5% then only launch, Gamuda slow and steady...

Go whack before it too late! 1300 per sqf is very common for high end prop at the heart of kl city.

Ya still worth to whack. thinking of the pelita land near klcc.... Seriously way too too cheap!! Only around 3k+ per sqf for landed.Wat a catch...Look at troika unit...per sqf almost similar.......

they have to dump more $$$ to build vertical towers. selling price is definitely not 3xxxpsf for a box in the sky. smile.gif

Nooo... Still too cheap.. Sell few units can cover the land cost liao. Empty Land beside pavilion few years ago already 7k per sqf liao. Is a record high in kl landed deal at that time. if my memory serve me right.

try to ask the developers or any contractors to find out. smile.gif


land in Dengkil sold around 5 - 15psf, then the developer sell one unit of terraced house at 250psf can cover at least 50sf?

Ya I not familiar. Maybe few floors can cover. But it stil way too cheap compare to empty land next to pavilion. Not even half. N the price deal is 2-3 years ago.

Ok back topics..hehe..This is real kl city area. Compare with sunway velocity, far far away dijaya subang metropark, dijaya kd project.. All already around 1k per sqf. This 1 look like a steal. With so many promising development around like trx, warisan, plaza rakyat revive. IKEA at cochrene. Not yet include existing 1 like PV..klcc .etc

From 527 sf onwards if not mistaken. The 700-800+ sf will be popular.
