Do u think this launch will cause the swiss garden prices to drop or increase. For info,swiss garden beside robertson is 1200 psf.

Looking at the design, I m not impressed. Not grand at all. With the name, I expect it retro with 5star hotel feel. Dont u wan it feel that for all the stay to attract.

the model works like fairlane. it is up to investor to rent out the unit. no overall management like swiss garden. rent on yr own means risky but better return.

One advantage I see for Swiss Garden compared to Fairlane or Robertson is its transports. residents of SGR can just cut across the IPK Police quarters to get to mahameru highway and avoid all the jam in town.
