Of course I hope that the end product has superb quality so that all investors are happy but you can't expect it to be like Four Seasons or Banyan Tree lah. Those are from different category already. If the Robertson can be better than Swiss Garden Residence & Vipod, I think all investors will be delighted.

why not? the biggest cost difference is the land price. why cant u make it looks as superior as u want, afterall TR is also marketed luxury condo.

i have highlighted the blue as real facilities.
the others are supposedly standard offerings.
a key point to note is that provision of rooms for the intended usage such as:
kindergarten, karaoke, music, snooker, etc
sometimes these comes bare UNFURNISHED.
they are merely providing the rooms and not the equipments.

I assume it is luxury...no ? hahaha Judged from the facilities, it should fit in as one, no? Anyone here from TR to clarify?

Just as a contrast, go visit a Rumah Tumpangan along Jalan Pudu vs Shangrila Hotel. Both oso hotels. Can see why one is luxurious and other not?
