If this Developer isn't able to foresee these imminent things like GST, don't think they can really go far. The price is good but frankly speaking, the design, the layout, even the show room decor are not completely satisfactory. Wonder if the Architect is here in this forum...if yes, ya your work is not impressive

The specification given also not up to standard. Even the roof top facilities were not impressive as well.
Nothing special & unique about the residential towers, except the wholesale mall which they jv with TSI.

Hopefully the HIGH END Wholesale mall may surprise all the owners once completed.

Are they trying to make it like Platinum wholesale shopping in Bangkok? I've been to Kenanga wholesale at San Peng many times, don't seems to be doing well.

Maybe they might name thier wholesale mall as "Platinum GM" or "Platinum Robertson" so ppl may relate to Bangkok.

Both on same floor. Type J price more expensive RM48k.

Feng Sui no good for Type D?
Read somewhere residential feng sui, coz unit main door facing lift opening area, Sha Qi(bad movement of air flow).

Modern people use aircon and exhaust fan now to ventilate. Need strong wind can install few more fans, whatever sha qi will be blown away !

Very simple, just put a small folding screen (屏风) in front of the door.

The folding screen should not be too big or too small, just enough to cover the view of the lift will do.

I personally dont like unit facing or near to lift not because of feng shui but the shadow and disturbance people waking and passing by your unit. if door always closed then ok, but some like to leave door open for natural air flow from balcony.
