If this Developer isn't able to foresee these imminent things like GST, don't think they can really go far. The price is good but frankly speaking, the design, the layout, even the show room decor are not completely satisfactory. I personally dont like unit facing or near to lift not because of feng shui but the shadow and disturbance people waking and passing by your unit. if door always closed then ok, but some like to leave door open for natural air flow from balcony.
