tested asder 12.1a preview getting below 60fps on main menu black ops.. ssf4 also can't reach 65 fps on my setting.

The metal bracelet of my watch is scratching the dark umber finish to the left of the trackpad. Has anyone here tried applying protective clear stickers to this area? Like a cellphone screen protector?

No issue if u use Atiman uninstaller + Driver sweeper for Nov18 driver. I'm using DNA tho.. now waiting for full version.

why you need keyboard protector? you will have weird feelings when you are typing your keyboard. somemore it may lead to those heat cannot dissipate from your keyboard

I bought a perfect fitting keyboard protector for the dv6 from eBay. It costs around RM15.
Quality is pretty good as well, and being non-adhesive, it wouldn't stick on the keys and its easy to clean.

I don't think theres much heat dissipation from the keyboard at all for this model, the keyboard feels cool most of the time.

From what i read in this forum, it seems like HP dv6 have lots of problems. Is it true?

Added on January 7, 2012, 11:46 pmbcoz after awhile, bottom of ur keyboard will have millions of dust, dirt, food, insects and much more that u can think of.. on top of that millions of bacteria too...... either u dis-assemble and clean it or use a protector and clean ur protector

You don't need to use his setting. Find setting that suit your speaker/headphones.

Anyway, resize the EQ window to get better value range.

well every laptop has its pro and cons...

but to me... so far I'm using the dv6 past 2 months ++ I had no problem what so ever...

the new dv6 doesnt come with the beats headphone...

Have u try install ASIO4ALL driver and use asio compenents for foobar2k? Damn good mang.. but u can't use with laptop speaker.
