Try run this and restart. Press 'Y'.

Backup your important files first though..

certain folder/partition. Since this would affect the Services, it might make your Windows cannot start if something goes wrong..

Try disable hardware acceleration on the flash player?
When open youtube, right click the flash, settings, left-most tab, untick the hardware acceleration.

After run that, hopefully your Firewall can start. Since now the issue is the Base Filtering Engine cannot start due to access is denied, means related to the account and that .bat files should restore the account to the default one. If by any chance it screwed up and all of your Services can't start, then you might not be able to enter Windows..

Most likely need to do repair using Windows disc..
