nope. it isn't.
Like after I pay for the registeration for Rm268, since I register at the end of the month,
I having allowance free for first 10 days of the following month and I only need to pay RM140 somehow this figure.
But when the bill come, it charge me >rm170. albeit I did overdue anything. doh.gif

No sure. Other forummer can comment here, but I suggest you check with customer services.

So far I have no issue on the payment.

Usually end of the month, no need pay registration fees one leh?

Last time I signed up, I just paid 190, and I don't need to even pay for next month laugh.gif

I signed up at 28th thou.

Try to ask your CS and if it's not effective, go scream at their FB page. It works, sometimes.

If yes, are you sure that it is still relevant now?

I recall paying some processing fee or adminstration fee on top of the prorated membership fees. Joined on 20th of the month. Need to check back the receipts.

In between, give FF Staff a chance to improve first before screaming at the facebook. Talk to the their Outlet Manager first.

If they don't do anything about it subsequently, then making a noise in their FB is a wise choice.

Some of them may get screw by Management over the small small complaints by us.

Doubt you'll need it.

I think there are plenty of weight loss tips around this forum alone.

Read up and you might learn more than what those books are telling you.

Is the rate still Rm180 for one club and RM190 for platinum? Before 6% tax though.

There's been no change in price for FF for quite some time already.

190 + tax later on for platinum, the rest are slightly lesser.

Go and inquire yourself, end month usually got more promotion.

Depends on the "level" of the trainer and her dedication?

I find those regular trainers kinda, hmm.. Maybe I don't understand their idea of weight loss compared to my own laugh.gif

But if possible, 60 mins always better compared to 30 no?

That's if you can keep up with the program and etc.

Again, if she's serious about weight loss, the bulk of the work starts at home.

Eat health, calories deficit and lift heavy.

You can't really go wrong with that.

Good luck with your weight loss and have fun smile.gif

Menara Axis parking rates on weekends for members increased to RM2. Weekdays parking rate is RM2 per hour during office hours, after 6pm i think is RM2 flat.
