hey guys, i just joined FF IOI on Jan 19... took the Body Extra package with those 3 books...
in the Body Guide book... it mentioned about Heart Rate Monitor (HRM)...
my goals in joining the gym is to lose weight and improve my fitness... will this HRM help me achieve my goals? is it worth it?

Doubt you'll need it.

I think there are plenty of weight loss tips around this forum alone.

Read up and you might learn more than what those books are telling you.

in the end i didn't go for HRM... thanks to u bro chiahau... save me some $$$...
after 1 month of joining FF... i lost around 3kg... not bad for beginner i think...

just want to ask bout PT... my wife plan to take PT session... there are 2 options, 60min and 30min... which one is better if she wants to focus on weight loss?

Depends on the "level" of the trainer and her dedication?

I find those regular trainers kinda, hmm.. Maybe I don't understand their idea of weight loss compared to my own laugh.gif

But if possible, 60 mins always better compared to 30 no?

That's if you can keep up with the program and etc.

Again, if she's serious about weight loss, the bulk of the work starts at home.

Eat health, calories deficit and lift heavy.

You can't really go wrong with that.

Good luck with your weight loss and have fun smile.gif
