I just brought unit koi kinrara size 1153ft price RM 420K. Before I also did survey to atmonfera end up to choose KK.

As you said atmonfera workmanship quality is suck..

Atmosfera workmanship is totally out... I visited last month... From the first step u step inside the condo it give u a very bad eye irritation...

Hope zafer can be better, cause price is really high... Hope this developer deliver bad workmanship again with this price...

Bro.. What u think of this zefer hill?? Could be better by this lousy developer??

I got 1 unit to release after vp to earn quick buck....

Hopefully this developer don't make it collapse then should be alright....

why like everybody get so blue.. for those owner which in facebook should stand as a union. upon VP then everyone should share out their things and make sure the developer to do it right. really understand that kind of feeling of developer delivering shit things to all owner.. Sigh...

I had an unit in Atmosfera. All i can say is I will never touch Villamas' products again. In fact, many Atmosfera buyers I knew was 'trapped' into buying Zefer (special preview to Atmosfera owners) because that time Atmosfera was not VP-ed yet, and thus many had no chance to check the quality of workmanship.
Now, everyone is regretting their Zefer purchase. if Zefer VP tomorrow, many would have offer to sell last week!

For investors in Atmosfera, you all still can earn quite a bit as DIBS project and asking is price is currently more than RM320 psf. For those buying for own stay, probably have to spend quite a bit to make it liveable.

If it's small issues can easily solved. Trust me, we are talking about serious issues here. Not so easy and may requires intervention from the relevant authorities..

Actually, not DIBS but got a lot of rebates.
In fact, for me it was zero cost investment.. becos I won a lucky draw for oversea trip worth around my totaldownpayment..hahaha..
but trust me, this one is damn hard to flip.. and I expect Zefer will be even tougher.

Bro, if you are an owner, you should already know. Like what a bro above posted, even some agents knew about it.

If you are not, then I dont think I shud discuss it in an open forum. It is unfair to those with vested interest.


And you are right.. Zefer at its price point is more suitable for own stay or long-term holding...
