For investors in Atmosfera, you all still can earn quite a bit as DIBS project and asking is price is currently more than RM320 psf. For those buying for own stay, probably have to spend quite a bit to make it liveable.

Any owners managed to sell their units? Even after launching so long, I still get SMS for me to preview Zefer. So bad ar the sales.
