I went to the sales gallery today. I quite interested in this condo.. Look so high class.. And i like the feel being at the top... But the price is too high.. Extreamely high... 500 to 1mil for a condo, think puchong is bangsar mea.... And the road access is too congested.... Sighhh.... Will they drop the price???

as mentioned above... still the same.. hehehe.. just few sticker sticked on the unit..

but i really like that condo... should i go or no go?

i went to the site, but the guard dont let me go in.. he said is Atmosfera.. zefer condo belum ada jalan lagi... so i cannot see if this zefer really build just right beside the hill... if that the case, then will be very dangerous to live there...

does anyone know when will be the soft launch on this Condo?

Zefer is definitely not for investment... and becoz of the price now so high which some unit can come to 1 mil, i wonder how much can it still grow when come to completion.. 1 mil for a Condo, dont you guys think its way too expensive? 1mil can buy a landed or even semi -D..

The condo is atmosfera.... According to the SA... zefer will not block atmosfera view at all.. Cost the 2 tower build in zefer is seperated quite far and atmosfera is right in the middle... Both condo is build by same developer...

the biggest unit they have is 2100 sq feet... but dunno will reach 1 mill or not.. i think is about 850k++ only...

Jalan Pipit is a very short road out to Jalan dunno wat. from there, there is 3 access road out.. 1 is to taman kinrara, 1 is to ldp and another 1 is to jalan puchong...
