1) Same developer but different contractors. but no guarantee if the contractor is better or worst than Atmosfera contractors
2) i would rather facing steel factory instead of facing other tall building which might block the view..

Actually the factory is a storage factory. No smoke out of it and no sound pollution. For me the only concern is the factory scenery view feel not nice.

For the finishing, there is no way the developer will guarantee the finishing. Is the matter of whether you trust the developer or not. If you trust the developer, just go ahead and buy........

When you're higher and look forward, the factory just small thing under, not very obvious.

Workmanship ... hahaha, IOI properties are lousy as well.

Believe those factory land will turn into development in future.. Klang Valley land is gold..
this new development very close to Zefer too. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2492855

1) I agreed different contractor may produce different result, but it is the developer's responsibility to ensure that the contractors are carrying out works as according to the spec and quality. I compared recent development in Puchong. Zest Residence (Trinity) and SetiaWalk (SP Setia), small and big developer, both produced reasonable products. For Atmosfera, I like the set up and facilities but when come to workmanship and initial management during renovation period...the messiness is unimaginable.

2) In term of view, this is just the personal preference.

Anyhow, this is just my personal opinion and no offence. Peace out!

but i do agree with u that Atmosfera finishing is bad.. hope Zefer can be better...

how many of you all have a unit in Atmosfera?

that day i went to Atmosfera and bump into 1 of the Sales Agent. He told me, is really difficult to sell at Atomsfera not to say about renting. Alot ppl complain or buyer complain about the finishing is terrible, the wall wave is bad.. and he say aso Villamas name is getting bad as the result of Villamas and Atmosfera condo.

Alamak, this make me very worried on Zefer. sad.gif

I not sure if other condo finishing is bad or not. But this definitely not a good news to hear from this sales agent.
