anyway for me, I consider reasonable lol.. For RM600k condo with facilities and it is freehold.. what do you expect?!

Hi guys, comparing this with Koi Kinrara, for own stay, which is better?
Zefer just VP not long ago?
I have visited Koi Kinrara before. Their maintenance for facilities is doing well.

OKay...a quick search shows that ZH is much lower density than KK...

Think this way kk subsale price is 30% lower to zefer. Same area same condo living why pay more. You can use the money for other purpose.

good if you have the time and place to stay...better get everything done before moving in coz if needed extra reno after moved in..very troublesome and lots of cleaning up blink.gif

same area does not mean same facilites lo..

something that you cannot denied. I love my unit because it is so windy, you feel so nice when the wind come into your apartment.
I dun know KK got such windy feeling like this la!

Just came back from PG. Let me update you tomorrow after I drop by later after work wink.gif

And I bought my ceiling fans already. From a shop in Penang. Slightly cheaper than some shops in Puchong.

How is your renovation going? When are you moving in? Any idea if the internet service is available already?

UPDATE: Went to see my unit yesterday. Saw a bunch of workers in there but they're already off work.
Spoke to them for a bit and found out they are the Defects Crew laugh.gif good news is they have fixed my dented floor tile.
One of them said they need another 3 days to finish up the work. Finally! My renovation can finally start.
No pics to share at the moment as there is nothing to show except a messy pile of buckets.

Comparing Koi Kinlala and Zefer is a joke!

KK has 1000 units...Zefer has 300+ units.
KK sit at lower hill, adjacent to factory and klang river (illegal open burning on PJS side)...Zefer sit at higher hill with great Sunway view and much nicer landscaping (Zefer has the best view among all surrounding condos).

Someone is trying to correlate KK to Zefer, to on par the KK with Zefer (that's why you can see him condeming all surrounding condos except his KK). Come on, KK launching was less than 200k, now alrd asking 480k...still not enough?
