well..too many lorries going in and out now...should be ok once everything settle down..think the developer will have to re do the road again once everything is completed..

You purposely ignore the road to Atmosfera and Zefer has been tarred by Villamas.
The road in front of badminton court if tarred, it will soon turns into bad condition as few projects are ongoing there.
I believe IOI should improve that road portion as it is in front Parc Ville.

Afaik during launching, Villamas mentioned the road condition will be improved with traffic lights, which now has been installed at the junction by MPSJ.

You commented negatively in all projects nearby, with the exception of your Koi Kinlala rclxms.gif
Seriously I am wondering what's your motive behind hmm.gif

Just paid the renovation deposit (2k) yesterday. Overheard the management office staff talking about an owner who is dissatisfied with the unit and kept complaining. Funny to see the frustration on the management office staff's face coz she is not from Villamas just a third party company managing the property. But as an owner myself, I understand the owner's feeling upon seeing your unit being built in poor quality. Hopefully that owner can "fix" his problem peacefully smile.gif

Went up to my unit to check on the defect work, no progress since last visit. And the bloody dent on ONE floor tile is still not fixed sleep.gif And the workers threw cigarettes around the place and left a food plastic container in the kitchen. Nice. I'll bring this up to the project management office soon.

Haha. Yup. Every owner will never be 100% satisfied with the property they buy until defects are fixed or reno is done.

My last visit before yesterday was last week's Tuesday and Saturday. I thought they will work on my unit's defects until completion before they move on to another unit. Seems like they are doing a half-assed job. I even left a box of bottled water for them but seems like none was taken till today. Try to be nice but buat tak kisah. Dirty my place lagi. Sigh..

Earlier my unit have water leaking problem for master bedroom, small room and balcony once is heavy rain. Last Saturday went to check and it seems all the defect rectified done work well smile.gif

All my defect had complete except lately I found out that my water heather is not working at all. They had promise me to do it by tomorrow and finger crossing now it can be settle.

As I plan to move in after Raya therefore I had to slowly do all the cleaning work and move in items by batches.

haha maybe they takut to take leh..later kena accused of stealing lo..a lot of complaints from owner now so they better not take anything from the unit and just fix the defects...
