Zefer hill is actually one of the better along the STUPID jalan pipit

It still a new building tat why it looks good...
but somehow was disappointed when I see my lift was start to vandalize by dun know Bangla or resident.
Guys, this is our garden. It is our duty to keep it clean and nice...

I heard some of the Zefer owner sold out their unit below RM600k.

Too bad then, from outside it is easily the most classy condo with the trees surrounded along the super duper max stupid- jalan pipit-!

Why I hate jalan pipit so much is because the stupid pothole in the main road in front of the badminton court punctured my tyre twice. Damn it

Don't trust the price in iproperty. Last time my colleague called once to ask about a unit in z residence and the agent told her a higher price as compared to what the agent posted in iproperty. When asked how come the price is different, the agent said "sure la.. Or else u also won't call me la!"......
Usually when u call them, they will tell u that this unit no longer available and they will recommend another unit at higher price.

so what is the market price for zefer hill now?

bet when you try to call them, they will said oh sold off..conman property agent trying to fish buyer

that's how the agent make commission lo..kena few times already..asked for property A but when called they said sold off then try to sell property B for me.. waste my time and call only
