Hi all. Is there any available units in AI? I currently work in Sabah but i'm from Peninsular and it is very hard for me to find house for own stay because of time and distance contrains. Hope that someone can give info bout this AI because I think it is a good neighbourhood

I am a Spira owner and I don't have children. But when I look at this kindergarten issue, I look at it from middle ground.

We bought the Spira houses knowing that it will be F&G. The security will be good and we paid premium for that service. Whether we have children or not, we paid that premium to get more secure environment. And after 2 years, we have to hire security firm to maintain that service and we have to pay hefty monthly fees for that.

If a kindergarten is inside Spira, anyone can come in and we lost the premium that we paid for security when we bought our house. For Spira owners with children, they may benefit from having a kindergarten inside but you are sacrificing the security of the whole Spira. And who wants to pay for hefty monthly fees for security if we are in this kind of situation?

There were a few break-ins in Kemmuing Utama recently, which is fully G&G, due to some irresponsible owners who let thieves in unintentionally into their area by following their car closely and fool the guard. The same will happen to Spira for sure if we don't control who can come in to Spira.

And I usually go to Kota Kummuning for food everyday and I don't complain about not having Mama stall inside our Spira so that I can walk there to save time and money. Like you said there are 15 kindergartens in KK and at lease 1 in I&P alam impian, why don't you sacrifice time and money  like I do for my food and send your children to those places?

You may call me not smart enough spira owner, but I see what we are losing to have a kindergarten in Spira is much more than the benefits we are going get from it.
For voting, MSBA has rejected the application of the kindergarten. I don't see any reason to vote this moment as it is done deal.

But we had this kind of heated discussion on this forum long before someone was planning to open a kindergarten inside Spira and we were voicing against it for similar reasons. But whoever opening it did not pay attention to it and went ahead with their own plan without consulting neighbors.  Now they pay the price for doing business this way.

Loan nowadays more difficult to approve compare to last time. Heard I&P Pentas x also got lot of rejected, now sale back to normal. Zircona fascade is nicer + F&G, but build up shorter. Surau might have some minor effect for certain folk, but not a big deal. Each Taman only has ~100 units in future maintenace cost could be expensive?

Let's do a demonstration protest in front of the kindi on it's Open Day.
Let all the parents know this kindi is not supported by the neighbourhood there.
Any plans, let me know. I will go down there to join the demonstration.

sharing some other neighborhood security matters at Sentul KL. I got to know that each of guards pay is about rm 1200 at Sentul Taman Bulion Mewah.. housing area around there is almost 150 units i guess. they paid 6 guards ( 3 guards morning shift + 3 guards night shift )...

If let say after this we have to pay for the security, i guess the figure is about the same... just need more ppl to participate/contributes.... & of course we can start to form RA or at least meet to discuss? jom discuss?

Need an advisor on how to form RA. Any expert can assist? Once you know the pcocedure, then meet to split on jobs and agree to meet again later on the finding? Any take?

As for guards, make sure we got the right quotation. if not, can somebody volunteer to go shopping for security?

I kinda skip all your sharings here for this long time. But you have pulled my legs now and I can't ignore it.

Does doing a demonstration sounds 'bad heart' for you?
What about Bersih 3.0? Did you support? Do you mean all of them are bad hearted?
Who are you to judge other people by one sentence they made?
How nobel are you to say someone else who you barely know are bad hearted?

I'm the owner in Spira and my family & kids will move in here soon while you are just the resident who is 'going to tumpang' at your sister's house in Viola.
You can move out anytime you like while I bought this unit for my kids and family.
You won't feel the same feelings I have as both of us have different background & lifestyle.
