QUOTE(naing @ May 25 2012, 08:48 AM) Well.. we know that the kindergarten inside Spira does not have permit to operate and if they wish to ride their luck and operate illegally, then go ahead. We will do our part by letting MBSA knows about it. YES GUARD HOUSE AT SPIRA ALSO IS ILLEGAL.NOT APPROVED BY MBSA.ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL.DEMOLISH IT.Everyone with common sense will know that the security in Spira will improve if we effectively control the entry point and regular patrolling. With the kindergarten operating in Spira, a few outsiders have no problem entering Spira and it will make Spira less secure. there is no such thing as 100% security in Malaysia. Although you said you are a married woman, I feel like discussing with a teenager every time we have a discussion in this forum... RESIDENTS APPLY FOR APPROVAL.GET IT DONE AFTER 2 YEARS.THAN BECOME G&G AGAIN.SUPERB. YOU SAID YOU ARE ARE A LECTURER BUT SUPPORTING ILLEGAL GUARD HOUSE. Your'll talking the same thing again and again. When ask to form a RA all giving excuses.Do thing legally please. Sounds like i am talking to a small kid.Know the solution but dont want to do it. This is childish, anybody that genuinely invest in the property for investment or own stay would not say this. But if I invested my money to renovate the kindy, and knowing that I will lost a lot of money if it's banned, I might make similar statement To kindy owner: it might be allowed if: 1. outside parents can drop their kids outside of guardhouse, and teachers come out to pick up the kids 2. kindy bears extra maintenance fee since it "consumes" more maintenance & security labor. |

I follow AI closely even when 1st naza launch the project I visit their office, now sad to know this argument... even I don't own a house there.
I think to be fair since the kinder garden already invest some money there, tenant in the taman and kinder garden should meet and come up with 1 solution instead of fighting each others. It won't help... |

But whoever opening it did not pay attention to it and went ahead with their own plan without consulting neighbors. Now they pay the price for doing business this way. |

true.. wendy tan one starting to sound like he/she has a stake in the kindie.
the message here: we are not against a kindie in alam impian, just not in spira, if other phases want to accommodate them, certainly we won't protest or even comment. when we set up the jmb, first thing is to dismantle the "security arrangement" they have with our guards. we know the kindie's got cable with ttdi to push their way thru until now. most of you here are not even aware of the lies/misrepresentations the kindie operator tried to cook up during the MBSA hearing. If this is the type of ppl you want to entrust your kids to, *shrugg* your call. 1 thing i notice, some other phase owners all support the kindie. Well would you still support if it is in your phase, or you are supporting it because it is convenient for you and yet does not impact your G&G security since it is someone else's (Spira's) problem? @ Wendy Tan One Looking forward to you tearing down Viola's guard house because it is illegal too. Didnt your manage to get the contact of the Operator. Why should I get the operator's contact? Shouldn't the operator have engaged the residents before they developed the kindergarten?Of coz you don't get it. You were not there, and you are still in your illusion that kindie is all that great. Lots of people in Spira complained and wrote in, but MBSA was only willing to consider complaints from the same road and direct neighbours of the kindie. That was still about 75% of occupied units there, including the direct neighbours of the kindie. Whether Spira supports or rejects the kindie is a Spira internal matter. But you have decided to fight for the kindie even though you have conceded you are not a resident of Spira. Let's be frank. I consider you selfish as you want your own convenience at the expense of others. For those in Spira who are against the kindie still operating, please submit your complaint to http://aduan.mbsa.gov.my/ under Salahguna Bangunan. |

investors are like the guy who rented out to the kindie. He certainly don't care about the living environment there. Yeah I have his details too.
But i do agree that alot of owners are investors. After 1 year, Spira is only abt 40-50% occupied. But most of the people in this forum are actually residents. My own reno is still not done yet. There was talk of forming an RA. Even TTDI is asking us to form an RA. I don't confess to knowing what the delay is, only spending one day a week there just to check on the reno. Hopefully once I moved in, I can see for certain why there is a lack of will to form it. The thing I dislike is that you claim to be on the side of residents, but yet you dismiss the views of the Spira residents who has raised their points and objections, and maintain an almighty perch claiming you know what's best. Does Viola 's interest outweigh those of Spira's (which is directly being affected by this)? This was raised before but I will reiterate. Say the kindie is allowed to operate: 1) Who is going to foot the additional security cost to due to additional load to the guards? Answer: Spira Residents. Everyone will have to pay the cost altho only the house owner and kindie operator is reaping the profits. Parents are earning the convenience. Loser: Spira Residents 2) touch wood say a kid got hurt or kidnapped. And Parent decide to sue. Who will get sued? a. Kindie operator b. Security company c. JMB - why? because by allowing the kindie to operate, the spira residents would have to assume some responsibility of the security arrangement and lapses 3) the security lapses caused by the guards managing kindie parents allow a house to be broken into. Who is responsible? a. Security company b. JMB - why? because by allowing the kindie to operate, the spira residents would have to assume some responsibility of the security arrangement and lapses These points have not considered the traffic congestion on the 2 lane road out front. Unless parents expect the guards to open boom for them the moment they drive up and horn, which just defeats the purpose of a guarded community. To wendy tan and lucky2, please stop considering only your convenience and spare a thought for the Spira residents who have to foot the bill and responsibility. Your reply just shows how unlearned or skewed view point you have. If you intend to practice selective reading, I won't waste my time.
